What to Expect

  • Small classes: Our small class sizes create a friendly, supportive atmosphere with only 10 people per class.

  • Guided instruction: Your instructor will walk you through every movement on the Megaformer, focusing on form and smooth transitions to ensure an effective and safe session.

  • Slow, controlled strength: Each exercise is designed to build endurance and power—so that signature Lagree shake? It’s your muscles getting stronger.

  • Beginner-friendly: New to Lagree? No problem! We’ll guide you every step of the way. Come as you are, and leave feeling stronger, confident, and craving more.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Attire: Wear workout clothes and grip socks—these are essential for safety and hygiene. Don’t have socks? No worries, grab a pair in our shop. Please remove any hand jewelry prior to class.

  • Stay refreshed: Bring a water bottle and a small towel (optional) to keep hydrated and feel your best.

  • Arrive early: Come 15 minutes ahead to check in, meet your instructor, and get familiar with the space and the equipment.

  • Move mindfully: Go at your own pace, take modifications and focus on form and control. Lagree works muscles in ways that may be new to you - embrace the challenge!

  • A little soreness is good: Feeling it the next day? Totally normal—it’s your body getting stronger.  Remember to drink lots of water.
