We are planning to host a 2nd Official Lagree Fitness Level 1 certification in the Fall 2026.
This Level 1 Certification will teach you the fundamentals of the ever-evolving Lagree Method and how to apply it to your classes to educate, motivate, and deliver safe, and effective instruction.
This certification makes you eligible to teach internationally at any Lagree- licensed studio and provides an opportunity to advance to Level 2 training.
Completing the Lagree Level 1 Certification does not guarantee employment at Lark. All teaching positions are subject to Lark’s hiring process, audition and available opportunities - please reach out with any questions or to learn about upcoming opportunities.
